First Multiplier Event — Agrupamento de Escolas Gil Eanes, Lagos

On 8 November 2025, the AE Gil Eanes — Lagos team held the first dissemination event related to the Erasmus project ‘Teaching with Emotional Intelligence’, under the KA220-SCH Cooperation Partnership. The session aimed to promote reflection on the importance of Emotional Intelligence within the school context, presenting theoretical models, key concepts, and practical strategies for classroom application. The activity included both expository and interactive moments, with experience-sharing among teachers.
One of the main objectives was to broaden the scope and area of implementation of this project, and its theme, to school clusters in both the city and neighbouring localities. To this end, the fifteen participants were representatives from AE Gil Eanes and AE Júlio Dantes in Lagos, AE Vila do Bispo, AE Aljezur, AE Silves and AE Teixeira Gomes in Portimão. This made it possible to extend the work initiated by AEGE in the field of Emotional Intelligence to potential interested parties.
