Meeting with EDUGEP (AEGE)

AE Gil Eanes met with EDUGEP as part of the project’s stakeholder engagement activities focused on Emotional Intelligence in education. Mediated by social educator Patrícia Almeida, the meeting introduced the project’s objectives and expected outcomes. EDUGEP representatives shared their experience in educational training, innovation and project development. The discussion explored the growing relevance of socio‑emotional competences in both school and professional contexts, highlighting skills such as teamwork, communication and adaptability. The meeting also identified potential synergies for developing innovative practices, reinforcing the importance of partnerships between schools and external organisations in preparing students for future social and professional challenges.
