Day Two – December 3, 2025: Erasmus+ “Emotional Intelligence Approach on Teaching Methods”

The second day of the Erasmus+ meeting at Emil Racoviță Theoretical High School Vaslui was dedicated to the development and practical application of pedagogical tools based on emotional intelligence.

Throughout the day, participants – teachers from Spain, Italy, Portugal, Finland, and Emil Racoviță Theoretical High School Vaslui – took part in a series of activities organized in mixed international teams. The aim was to analyze, adapt, and improve Emotional Intelligence (EI) tools used in the classroom.

The program included:

➡️ Observing how EI tools are applied in different classes within our school, including English (9th grade A), World Literature (11th grade D), Computer Science (12th grade A), and the robotics team RoLERbot (9th–12th grades);

➡️ Sessions for analyzing results and sharing teachers’ experiences;

➡️ Activities focused on adapting and developing new tools for implementation in each partner country;

➡️ Reflection and feedback sessions regarding the project’s progress.
