š„ 9th Grade D ā Natural Sciences (24 students)
Students from class 9th Grade D at Emil RacoviČÄ Theoretical High School Vaslui took part in a mathematics lesson conducted within the Erasmus+ project āEmotional Intelligence Approach on Teaching Methods.ā
The activity, coordinated by teacher Constantin Jitariu, focused on the practical application of emotional intelligence tools developed during the International Seminar held in Vaslui (December 2ā4, 2025), and later adapted to the teaching and learning process in the classroom.
The lesson began with the use of the āemotional traffic light,ā followed by a rhythmic breathing exercise (4ā2ā6), designed to support studentsā calmness and concentration. During problem-solving activities, students applied the guiding rule:
