Linear Function & Emotional Intelligence (LER)

👥 9th Grade D – Natural Sciences (24 students)

Students from class 9th Grade D at Emil Racoviță Theoretical High School Vaslui took part in a mathematics lesson conducted within the Erasmus+ project “Emotional Intelligence Approach on Teaching Methods.”

The activity, coordinated by teacher Constantin Jitariu, focused on the practical application of emotional intelligence tools developed during the International Seminar held in Vaslui (December 2–4, 2025), and later adapted to the teaching and learning process in the classroom.

The lesson began with the use of the “emotional traffic light,” followed by a rhythmic breathing exercise (4–2–6), designed to support students’ calmness and concentration. During problem-solving activities, students applied the guiding rule:

👉 “When emotions rise, the steps become smaller.”
